1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly subscription package at any time. Subscription fees are billed on a month-to-month basis and are non-refundable once the billing period has started. However, you will continue to have full access to all Eldra services until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
2. Ride & Companion Cancellations
If you cancel a scheduled hospital ride or companion assistant booking:
- More than 12 hours before pickup: Full refund or zero cancellation charge.
- Between 6 and 12 hours before pickup: 15% cancellation charge.
- Less than 6 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation charge representing driver dispatch loss.
3. Diagnostic Lab & Pharmacy Refunds
Diagnostic laboratory tests cancelled after home sample collection has occurred cannot be refunded. Prescription medicines that have already been opened or dispatched for doorstep delivery cannot be refunded or returned due to clinical safety guidelines.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed automatically back to the original payment source (UPI, Card, or Bank account) within 5 to 7 working days. For any transaction queries, email our billing desk at info@croptech.online.
