1. Agreement to Terms
By registering a parent or activating a subscription on Eldra, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The terms "Eldra", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Eldra Technologies. The term "Sponsor", "you", and "your" refers to the family member procuring services.
2. Services Coordination Scope
Eldra acts exclusively as an elder care mobility and healthcare coordination desk. We schedule and coordinate hospital rides, companion escorts, pharmacy refilling, and diagnostic bookings through third-party verified networks. We do not directly operate clinics, laboratories, or hospitals, nor do we practice medicine.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
- Scheduled Hospital Rides and Companion Escorts must be booked at least 24 hours prior to the clinical appointment to guarantee availability.
- Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a nominal cancellation fee representing partner driver dispatch loss.
4. Subscription Billing & Payment Cycles
All subscription plans (Essential, Care Plus, Premium, Elite) are billed monthly in advance. Sponsors will receive automated email invoices with secure online payment links (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfers). Unpaid accounts will be suspended automatically after a 3-day grace period.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we mandate rigorous verifications for all drivers and companions, Eldra is not liable for road transit delays, clinical treatment results, diagnostic discrepancies, or direct medical emergencies that occur during outpatient appointments.
